This 6-hour program is developed for the needs of the beginning and intermediate keeper. Coach Harmon will emphasize the basic elements of goalkeeping needed to succeed as they move onto the older age-groups. Shot blocking, catching technique, diving mechanics, ready position, footwork, principles of 1 vs 1 are topics addressed during this course.
