SportpartnersUSA (SPUSA) is pleased to announce it has reached an agreement with Dutch based Rene Meulensteen Academy (RMA) enabling SPUSA to conduct Rene Meulensteen Academy training sessions in the USA.

Meulensteen, who is the 1st team coach of Manchester United, has created “Moves & Skills” to increase a players’ technical ability necessary to compete at the highest levels. Rene’s training method has received much praise at the highest echelons of soccer. Manchester United initially hired Rene to overhaul their already very competitive Youth Academy program. Over the years he has climbed the coaching ladder and is now positioned as the 1st team coach and responsible for all training sessions. Now SPUSA will offer the opportunity for motivated and talented players to experience first hand the “Moves & Skills” method.

RMA training is exclusively conducted by Coach Erwin van Elst, owner of SportpartnersUSA and a licensed RMA-staff coach, and his staff coaches. Coach van Elst holds his UEFA B-license and his USSF B-license. Each player will receive a detailed written evaluation as well as surprise gift at the conclusion of the training.

Due to the special training format and unique philosophy, this program will run for 12 weeks. Class will meet once a week for 90 minutes and players will be expected to work on skills on their own between classes. The first meeting/class will consist of a presentation of RMA’s philosophy. Parents and players must be present at this initial event

$299 per player (for the serious, talented and committed player only!)

• 18 hours of high level coaching in the RMA “Moves & Skills” Method as used by Rene Meulensteen at Manchester United FC
